The Best of Liberty Readers’ Choice awards are decided by the people who live and work in our community. This year, our Liberty & Long County neighbors once again showed their support for Scott Wells Plumbing, and we couldn’t be more grateful. This isn’t our first Best of Liberty recognition, which makes the 2026 award even more meaningful. Being chosen again tells us that the relationships we’ve built over the years continue to matter. Scott Wells Plumbing has been serving Southeast Georgia since 1971. Over those years, a lot has changed. Our community has grown, plumbing technology has evolved, and the types and sizes of projects we handle have expanded. One thing that hasn’t changed is the importance we place on taking care of the people and businesses that call this area home.

For homeowners, that can mean being there when a leaking pipe, clogged drain, running toilet, water heater problem, or other plumbing issue disrupts the day. For our commercial customers, it can mean tackling larger plumbing projects and repairs where experience, reliability, and getting the job done right are critical. No matter the size of the job, our reputation has been built one customer and one project at a time.

Winning Best of Liberty is certainly something we’re proud of, but for us, the award represents something bigger. When people choose a local plumber, they’re inviting someone into their home or trusting that company with their business. They want to know the person they call will show up, understand the problem, and provide a dependable solution. That kind of trust isn’t built overnight.
